make ready technician (multifamily)
The Make Ready Technician position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. The position will primarily be responsible for making apartments ready for the next occupant according to the Company’s standards. It requires a high level of knowledge of apartment appliances, plumbing, HVAC systems, and apartment maintenance.
